Associate 

To support our growing practice, we are looking for a first-year to mid-level associate (1-4 years post bar examination) with a strong interest in dispute resolution.

Your Role

You will work closely with the partners on complex and often international matters, including:

  • Litigation before Swiss courts and authorities

  • Domestic and international arbitration proceedings

  • Drafting submissions, legal memoranda, and case strategies

  • Conducting legal research and analysis

  • Preparing hearings, witness examinations, and expert coordination

  • Working with international counsel in cross-border disputes

 

You will gain hands-on experience from day one and play an active role in shaping case strategy and client solutions.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines intellectual excellence with a practical, proactive mindset.

  • Swiss-qualified attorney (admitted to the Swiss Bar)

  • 1–4 years of experience in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration

  • Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • A brilliant and curious legal mind with strong attention to detail

  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility early

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

  • Interest in complex, international disputes and strategic litigation

Junior Associate 

We are looking to recruit a Junior Associate who is preparing for the Swiss bar exam and is eager to develop as a dispute resolution lawyer in a demanding and intellectually stimulating environment.

 

Your Role

As a Junior Associate, you will be fully integrated into our case teams from the outset and will work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of contentious matters. Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

  • Legal research and analysis in civil, commercial and procedural law

  • Drafting of submissions, memoranda and correspondence in German and English

  • Assisting in the preparation and conduct of court and arbitration proceedings

  • Supporting enforcement and asset recovery matters

  • Direct involvement in client work and case strategy discussions

 

Your Profile

  • Swiss law degree (MLaw) with strong academic results

  • Genuine interest in dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration)

  • Excellent command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Precise, structured and reliable working style

  • Intellectual curiosity, commitment and a high sense of responsibility

  • Team player with strong communication skills
