Jascha Trubowitz is a dual-qualified international disputes, investigations and sanctions lawyer with more than six years of experience spanning commercial and sports arbitration, cross-border litigation, and white-collar defence.

Jascha has developed extensive expertise at top-tier firms, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, companies, sports organizations and financial institutions. He has acted as counsel in complex, high-value matters, including a multibillion-dollar joint venture dispute and multiparty commercial disputes. His investigations and sanctions work encompasses internal investigations at major banks and sports organizations, cross-border enforcement and asset forfeiture actions, and advice on Swiss, European, and US sanctions law. Earlier in his career, Jascha served at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland and at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

Jascha studied law at the University of Zurich, later obtaining an LL.M. from NYU School of Law.
