Emily Hunyor supports clients in complex domestic and cross-border disputes and brings a strong comparative understanding of both common law and civil law systems.

Before joining Lindholm & Rosenkranz, Emily gained experience in dispute resolution at a leading international law firm in Sydney and a specialist dispute resolution law firm in Berlin, where she worked on high-value litigation and arbitration matters and disputes-oriented advisory work with an international dimension.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of New South Wales and an LL.M. from Humboldt University Berlin. She is fluent in English and German and is admitted as a solicitor in Australia.
