Michelle Lindholm moderated the 20th ASA Arbitration Forum, ASA Local Group Zurich.​

The discussion explored the key innovations introduced by the new ICC Arbitration Rules, which entered into force on 1 June 2026. Particular attention was given to the abolition of the Terms of Reference, the increase of the threshold for expedited proceedings to USD 4 million, the introduction of highly expedited proceedings, and the new provisions on early determination.

The panel also examined the growing role of artificial intelligence in international arbitration and its implications for arbitral proceedings.
